If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will make it right! Just contact us and we'll get back to you ASAP with a solution.

Refunds: 

A refund is offered, if you don’t love your puzzle. Just return the unused product to us within 15 days after receiving your order, and we will give you a full refund. Please contact us to start the refund process. To complete the return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, for example, if the product shows signs of use, is not in its original condition or is damaged/missing parts.

Once a return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 days of receiving the email.

Exchanges: 

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.

Returns: 

To return your product, you will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. A trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance is suggested. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
